The brief
Gina's cooks African, Caribbean and British food on the High Road in Tottenham, as a restaurant, a takeaway and a caterer.
Catering covers weddings, christenings and naming ceremonies, birthdays, corporate events and community gatherings. A visitor might want a table tonight, a takeaway, or food for a whole event, and each needed an obvious route.
What we designed and built
We put the same three actions, Book a Table, Order Online and Catering Enquiry, in the navigation, and gave catering its own page with its own enquiry form rather than a line at the bottom of the menu.
The design leads with the food. The menu page sets out mains, sides and sharing plates, and the gallery covers food, atmosphere and events. Gina's own flower mark runs through the site, in the navigation, the section dividers and the catering list, alongside its signature pink.
Where it stands
In preview with the client. Online ordering, real food photography and reviews go in before launch.
