Who we are

Vervio Digital Co is a web design studio working across London and Essex. For any privacy question, contact us at info@verviodigitalco.uk.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our contact form: your name, email address, business type, the package you are interested in, and whatever you write in the project description field.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and talk through your project. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.

How it reaches us

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Cloudflare, our hosting provider. A copy is kept in our own client dashboard, which stores it securely in Western Europe so we can track and reply to enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to reply to you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It stores one item in your browser's local storage to remember whether you chose the light or dark theme; it stays on your device and is never sent to us. Fonts, images and video are served from our own hosting and media storage. Our social links take you to Instagram and TikTok, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@verviodigitalco.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
